Cancellation / Refund Policy
We have kept our Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy flexible and moderate.
Post making booking with us, if you would like to cancel your booking, we can consider your request basis below parameters: – 

  1. Almost Full Refund: – If you Cancel 11 Days before your First day of check-in Date, we will make almost full refund of your booking value except to the Bank Transaction charges applied to us including Government taxes on Bank Transaction. For Example, if you have made booking for check-in on 10th of April, 2022, you need to send  then to avail Almost full Refund you need to cancel your booking by sending E-mail from your E-Mail ID used for booking on our website on or before 31st March, 2022 at [email protected] having below details: –

    2. Name of the person made booking: – 
    3. Check-in Date : – 
    4. Check-out Date : – 
    5. Booking Value : –
    6. Reason for Cancel : –
    7. Bank Details to process Refund within 96 working hours : –

      3. Full name of Benefiter (must be the same who’s Card/Bank account/Wallet is used for making payment of the booking): –

  2. Nil Refund: – If you Cancel on or before 10th Day of First day of Check-in Date or in case of No-Show, No Refund will be made for entire booking value. For Example, if you have made booking for check-in on 10th of April, 2022, for 4 Nights and you cancel your booking on or after 1st April, 2022 then No refund will be processed for entire booking value.
  3. Date Modification of Booking: – Not-Allowed.
